Week 1: June 9 - June 12

Week 2: June 16 - June 19

Week 3: June 23 - June 26

NO WORKOUT: JUNE30 - JULY 4

WEEK 4: July 7 - July 10

Week 5: July 14 - July 17

Week 6: July 21 - July 24

Week 7: July 28 - July 31 (OPEN WT ROOM)

FIRST SESSION

**Incoming 7th - 9th Grade Boys and Girls**   

  • 8AM-9:30AM        

SECOND SESSION

**Incoming 10th - 12th Grade Boys and Girls**

  • 9:30-11:00AM
  • Additional Summer Strength & Conditioning Information
  1. FREE - Sign - up using the QR code
  2. Open only to all incoming CBISD 7th - 12th Grade Athletes
  3. Athletes must have all online forms and physical on file.
  4. Boys and Girls Athletes will meet on the football field at the field house.
  5. Make sure you bring a pair of TENNIS SHOES AND CLEATS (Boys & Girls)    
  6. Eat a small nutritious meal roughly 60 to 180 minutes before the start of camp.
  7. The earlier you eat, the more you can eat.  Include plenty of carbohydrates and come protein.
  8. Hydrate before summer workouts. We will also provide plenty of water at the facilities, but be sure to bring your own drinking containers.

The goal is to attend 100% of the workouts!
