- Open only to all incoming CBISD 7th - 12th Grade Athletes
- Athletes must have all online forms and physical on file.
- Boys and Girls Athletes will meet on the football field at the field house.
- Make sure you bring a pair of TENNIS SHOES AND CLEATS (Boys & Girls)
- Eat a small nutritious meal roughly 60 to 180 minutes before the start of camp.
- The earlier you eat, the more you can eat. Include plenty of carbohydrates and come protein.
- Hydrate before summer workouts. We will also provide plenty of water at the facilities, but be sure to bring your own drinking containers.
The goal is to attend 100% of the workouts!
